I've decided to make it a five man Chase for the Cup. Anyone is still mathematically able to make the Chase. 210 points behind 5th is currently the cutoff. In other words, the most points u can gain in a race is 42 points (assuming 8 players racing everyday). With five to go till the Chase, that equals 210 points out of 5th. Everyone is 83 points or closer out of 5th spot so noone is technically eliminated yet. However, its gonna take some wins and top 3s to close the gap enough.

A key to finishing well is to race smart and try different lines. I've seen people hugging the bottom of the track all the time when there is plenty of speed up high, if not faster up high. Don't block somebody who is taking a different line. The line is there for side-by-side racing, not as cheating, so don't cut them off.

Follow this advice, and u could find yourself in the Chase in 5 races...

When the Chase starts, the top 5 will reset their points to 1000. Then 5 points will be added for each win this season.
If the Chase were to start today, this would be what the standings look like:
