Dodge led the way early but Toyota muscled its way to the front in the inaugural race at Phoenix International Raceway in TS NASCAR. Burnout of [GEM] won the pole and led some during the first half of the race but later got challenged by Klutch of [JGR] in a side by side battle for the lead. Klutch had the edge on the final lap and managed to hold on to score his second win of the season by 0.069 seconds. He also got the most laps led bonus.

1] [JGR] Klutch (Toyota) - 35 pts (+5 most laps led) = 40 pts
2] [GEM] Burnout (Dodge) - 25 pts (+5 pole) = 30 pts
3] [GEM] Pilburn (Dodge) - 20 pts
4] [MWR] Mike Nike (Toyota) - 15 pts
5] [HEN] Kooler (Chevy) - 12 pts
6] [HEN] AOD1857 (Chevy) - 9 pts
7] [RGM]fastman65 (Dodge) - 6 pts
8] [JGR] DerekE (Toyota) - 3 pts
Since the Brickyard is comin up, we'll kick back Texas a race and do Indy next.
