About yellow flag

I think we should use yellow flag only with car's colision.
If only one car crashes at wall or something else ... no yellow flag.
What do u think?

Hmm, might work. The only time u could call a flag for hitting a wall could be if u smash into the entrance to pit road or bounce off the wall a long way. Scraping the wall off a turn shouldnt bring out the yellow.
