Opinion of New Caution Rules

I can't believe how well Talladega went. That was what racin' should be in our league. 
However, I think I scared you out of calling cautions 
going 80+ laps caution free at Dega. Lemme know what ya'll think of the rules and any suggestions on changes or w/e.
