Brand New PIR (Phoenix)

Well, I got to thinking and I've decided to REDO Phoenix for our next Cup race for TS NASCAR. It will be more to scale and be made a NIGHT track like Lowe's. I'll keep y'all informed on progress!

The track layout is done, just adding details and the infield now....should be ready for testing later on today.
